Quality Assurance
- Ensuring that your quality requirements and processes are being followed and that appropriate actions are taken if deviations occur. This may involve audits, process improvements, and training.
Quality Improvement
- Partner on enhancing your processes and systems to improve product or service quality. This will involve using Six Sigma, Lean, or Total Quality Management (TQM) methodologies.
